Shipping & Returns
All Rane Made orders are shipped USPS Priority. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information once your order has been completely and shipped.
Unfortunately, with the "slow fashion & hand made process, rush orders cannot be placed. If you would like to make a change (size, color, etc) to your order, contact email@example.com as quickly as possible and I will do my best to make the adjustment happen! If the order has already begun the making process, no changes can be made.
Returns & Exchanges
Ranemade.com does not offer returns due to the "made-to-order" nature of the clothing. If you are truly un-happy with the fit of your item* and would like to exchange if for another size, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and I will do my best to make sure you receive a Rane Made piece you love!
Return shipping and shipment cost of a new product will be the responsibility of the customer.
*only unworn, unwashed items will be taken under consideration for exchanges.
There are no returns or exchanges on altered or custom size items.
